Distance sessions are also available and just as powerful—energy knows no bounds.
It is a great option if you can’t make it to an in person session. Reiki can be sent regardless of time and physical proximity. This means it can also be sent to past and future events you may like help with and can be effective in helping to ease the emotional attachment that your body has to past events that in turn can aid in the hold it has on you now.

Join me each Tuesday evening and limited edition sessions released throughout the month, in a beautiful candle-lit space at THE HEALTH COLLECTIVE, Woolooware, Sydney. This is a deeply restorative experience designed to help you slow down, soften, and come back into balance.
So many are instantly drawn to the energy of this space, it naturally invites you to exhale the moment you arrive. Through the gentle resonance of crystal sound bowls and intuitive guidance, you are guided into deep rest, allowing the nervous system to unwind and the mind to gently quieten. This is your time to step away from the outside world and return to yourself in stillness and ease.
Suitable for all levels, whether this is your first soundbath or part of your ongoing self-care ritual.
What to bring: yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything that helps you feel comfortable and supported.
Please note doors close promptly at 7PM as the session begins, in respect of the group experience. I kindly ask that you arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in.
Refund policy: Cancellations are refundable up to 7 days prior to the event. After this time, tickets are non-refundable, however your booking is transferable to a friend if you are unable to attend.
